		<description>Hello Mike,
I stumbled across your website this evening and I have to say I am impressed.
I have built a few layouts over the years and am currently working on a new HOn3 layout in a 14' x 15' spare room.
As I went through the site I noticed that you use many of the techniques that I use and it is nice to see someone else get such good results with them.
Good luck with your layout and keep on buildin'.

Sincerely,

Kevin Barnett
